Couch to 5k
There aren't too many people I would leave a nice cozy warm squirrel nest to run with at 5:30 on a Tuesday night in 10 degree weather. But, keeping with our history of running in ridiculously cold temperatures together, Val and I hit the Back Cove for 3.6 mile jaunt. Since I'm still on break from school, the PBR was a little far for me and it was more convenient for Val to stop at Back Cove on her way home from work. My cold and my attitude are better after a few rough days. I wasn't sure how I'd feel, but I think the cold kept us moving around the cove especially since we started into the wind so it would hopefully be at our backs by the end. It was definitely one of those "re-setting" runs and I feel like things are a little better on track. Hoping to keep feeling better so I can get in some nice runs while I have the time off.

Glad you got our running today, and are feeling better!
Well done, good woman. I'll be doing a similar run today, the result of similar circumstances with a nasty cold. Glad you're feeling better!
So funny that I thought we were running so fast; I even know that the dark makes things seem faster. Still, I'm so happy we got out there. Feel better sick Squirrel :)
